Research Progress on the Detection Technology of Pesticide Residues in Agricultural Products

Abstract: Food safety is related to national development and is also the most basic guarantee of people's livelihood.Pesticide residues are an important factor affcting food safety and qualitycontrol. Pesticide residues in agricultural products are more common,and the problem of exceeding the standard is more serious,involving a wide range,long-term contact orconsumption offood with excessive pesticide residues willcause serious threats to human health.Inthis paper,the main methods for the detection of pesticide residues inagricultural products are reviewed,in order to provide reference for the quality and safety control of agricultural products.
