Abstract: This paper elaborates on the specific application scenarios of DNA barcoding technology in the authenticityidentificationofdiferent foodcategories suchas meat,aquatic products,fruits,vegetables and processed products.It analyzes the core challnges faced by the current technology promotion,including detection costs, standard systems and talent reserves,and puts forward targeted solutions,aiming to provide theoretical reference for promoting the standardized application of this technology in the food field.
