Abstract: Objective: To establish a method for the determination of cannabinol (CBN),cannabidiol (CBD), and Δ9 -tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in hemp beer using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). Method: The samples were extracted with ethyl acetate and subjected to gradient elution with water (containing 0.25% formic acid and 0.2% ammonium formate) and acetonitrile. Separation was performed on a Waters ACQUITY HSS T3 column. Detection was carried out using electrospray ionization in multiple reaction monitoring mode, with quantification by external standard method.Result: CBN,CBD,and THC showed good linear relationship in the range of ,and the correlation coefficient r value was greater than O.999. At the three addition levels of 1, 10ng⋅mL-1 and 100ng⋅mL-1 ,the sample recoveries were (20 72.9%~106.4% , the matrix effect was -2.5%~11.3% , the accuracy was -21.1%~-9.8% , In the relative standard deviation (RSD), the intra-day RSD was 2.3%~11.2% ,theinter-day RSDwas 3.5%~14.2% ,the detection limit was 0.5ng⋅mL-1 ,and the quantification limit was 10ng⋅mL-1 . Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, sensitive, andrequires lessreagents in the pretreatment processItcan provide reliable technical support for the identification of illegal cannabis components in food safety supervision and public security drug enforcement.
