Abstract: In order to ensure the food safety of prefabricated dishes,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,improve the social image ofenterprises,and promote the beter,beterand faster developmentof prefabricated dishes.This paper summarizes thekey links of food safety of prefabricated dishes,and carries out risk control on the key links offood safetyof prefabricated dishes from the macro and micro levels,in order to promote the stable development of prefabricated dishes.
