Determination of14 Inorganic Elements in Fuding Betel Nut Taro byICP-MS

Abstract： Objective： To simultaneously determine the contents of 14 inorganic elements in Fuding betel nut taro using inductively coupled plasma massspectrometry （ICP-MS）. Method： After microwave digestion，the Fuding betel nut taro samples were tested for 14 inorganic elements using ICP-MS.Result： The experiments showed that the 14 elements tested exhibited a good linear relationship within a certain range， with average recoveries ranging from 94.40% to 105.83% ，and relative standard deviation valuesall below 4% .Conclusion：This testing method has the advantages of simple sample pretreatment，convenient operation，and high sensitivity，and can be applied to the determination and analysis of multiple element contents in Fuding betel nut taro.

福鼎槟榔芋，又称福鼎芋，属于天南星科魁芋类，母芋一般呈长圆柱形，长度一般在 35cm 左右，直径通常有 10cm ，外皮呈黄棕色或红棕色，芋肉体以乳白色为主，附带紫色槟榔花纹，其主要产自福鼎市的贯岭镇、前岐镇、管阳镇、点头镇、潘溪镇等地区，这些地区气候温暖、雨量适中，具有典型的中亚热带海洋性季风气候。（剩余3375字）
