中小学食堂食品安全监管现状及优化策略研究
Research on Current Situation and Optimization Strategy of Food Safety Supervision in Primary and Secondary School Canteens

Abstract: This article systematically analyzes the currnt situation of food safety supervision in primary and secondary school canteens,and deeply explores the existing problems. In response to the problems of imperfect regulatory mechanisms,outdated hardware facilities,uneven quality of practitioners,and insufficient supervision, optimization strategies have been proposed to improve the food safety regulatory mechanism,strengthen the construction of hardware facilities in primary and secondary school canteens,enhance the qualityof practitioners,and increase food safety supervision efforts,aiming to provide theoretical support for food safety supervision in primary and secondary school canteens.
