Determination of 27 Liquid Crystal Monomers in Milk Powder by GC-MS/MS

Abstract： This study established a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detection method capable of simultaneously detecting 27 types of liquid crystal monomers in milk powder.The results showed that the method had a good linear relationship between 1～500ng⋅mL-1 ， with correlation coefficients greater than 0.99. The recovery rates of 27 types of liquid crystal monomers ranged from 74.69% to 117.96% ，with relative standard deviations all less than 10% .This method has good accuracy and precision， and can quickly and accurately detect residual liquid crystal monomers in milk powder， which has certain application value.
