Research on the Determination of Cymazine Residues in Aquatic Products by Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Diametric Array Method

Abstract: Using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-diode array method to detect residual levels of cyclopropazine in aquatic products. The extraction was carried out with a solution of trichloroacetic acidacetonitrile,followed by purification on an MCX solid-phase extraction column and quantitative analysis with an ultra-high performance liquid chromatograph.The results showed that cyromazine had a good linear relationship R⩾0.999 )in the concentration range of 0.05μg⋅mL-1 to 2.00μg⋅mL-1 . At three spiked levels of 10, 20μg⋅kg-1 and 100μg⋅kg-1. ,the average recovery rates were 86.5% to 95.9% ,and the relative standard deviationswere all less than 4% . This technique is characterized by high sensitivity,simplicity of operation,and good repeatability,making it suitable for the determination of cyromazine residues in aquatic products.
