Factors Affecting the Accuracy of Food Additive Detection Results and Control Strategies

Abstract： The accuracy of food additive test results is directly related to the effectiveness of food safety supervision and the health ofconsumers.This paper systematically analyzes the key factors affecting the test results fromthe four dimensions of testing personnel，testing samples， instruments and equipment，and testing environment， and proposes targeted quality control strategies，aiming to improve the reliability of testing results by standardizing the testing processand optimizing management measures，so as to provide a scientific basis for food safety supervision.
