Uncertainty Evaluation and Method Improvement of Total Arsenic Content in Golden Tea by Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy

Abstract: The content of total arsenic in golden tea was determined using atomic fluorescence spectrometry. According to the JJF1059—2012 and JCGM100:2008,the uncertaintyof the measurement results was evaluated for the detection processByestablishinga mathematical model, the uncertainty components in thequantification were analyzed.Thefactors contributing totheuncertainty,listed indescending orderof magnitude,wereasfollws:sample recovery rate > standard curve fitting > standard solution preparation > repeatability measurement > sample dilution > sample weighing. The expanded uncertainty of the total arsenic content in golden tea was 0.003 2mg⋅kg-1 (k=2) , and the measurement result was expressed as (0.0526±0.0032)mgcdotkg-1 .By modifying the sample digestion method,increasing the number of calibration points inthe standard curveand repeated measurements,adjusting the sample weight and dilution volume,the introduction of uncertainty can be effectively reduced,thereby improving detection accuracy.In the testing work,the scientific application of measurement uncertainty evaluation technology plays a crucial role in optimizing detection methods and standardizing operational procedures.This quantitative evaluation approach can significantly enhance the reliability and accuracy of elemental analysis results.
