保健食品非法添加物检测技术研究 

摘 要：近年来，保健食品市场逐渐扩张，部分不法商家选择在其中非法加入具有相关功能的物质，虽然能在短时间内发挥功效，但消费者长期服用会对身体造成一定损害。本文主要总结保健食品中非法添加物的种类，分析常用检测技术的应用方法，并对目前常用、高效的非法添加剂检测技术进行综述，为保证食品安全提供参考。

Research on Detection Technology of Illegal Additives in Health Food

Abstract： In recent years， the health food market has gradually expanded， some illegal businesses choose to illegally add substances with related functions， although it can play a short time， but consumers will cause certain damage to the body for a long time. This paper mainly summarizes the types of illegal additives in health food， analyzes the application methods of common detection technologies， and summarizes the current common and efficient detection technologies of illegal additives， so as to provide reference for ensuring food safety.

合理使用保健食品能获得更多营养、调节身体机能、改善精神状态、降低患病概率，但是部分保健食品为能强化功能效用、提升销量，在产品中加入非法添加物，消费者在不知情的情况下食用可能出现严重的不良反应，危害身体健康。（剩余4643字）
