Research on the Detection Technology of Chemical Additives in Food

Abstract: Efficient detection of chemical additives in food is crucial to ensure food safety. This article introduces the categories of chemical additives and their roles in the food industry, explores the application of existing detection techniques such as chromatographic analysis, and analyzes the challenges of quantitative analysis and chemical speciation analysis of trace additives. By researching new rapid detection technologies, the aim is to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of detection, and provide technical support for food safety supervision.
