Abstract: Colloidal gold immunochromatography technology has shown significant advantages in rapid food detection. This technology utilizes the specific binding of colloidal gold to antigens or antibodies to achieve rapid detection of various harmful substances in food, such as drug residues, pathogenic microorganisms, biotoxins, and prohibited substances. This article provides an overview of colloidal gold immunochromatography technology and analyzes its practical application in food rapid detection, in order to provide support for relevant detection personnel.
