摘 要：胶体金免疫层析技术在食品快速检测中展现出显著优势。该技术通过利用胶体金与抗原或抗体的特异性结合，实现对食品中多种有害物质如药物残留、病原微生物、生物毒素及违禁物质的快速检测。本文对胶体金免疫层析技术进行概述，在此基础上对该技术在食品快速检测中的实际应用进行分析，以期为相关检测人员提供支持。

Colloidal Gold Immunochromatography Technology in Rapid Food Testing

Abstract： Colloidal gold immunochromatography technology has shown significant advantages in rapid food detection. This technology utilizes the specific binding of colloidal gold to antigens or antibodies to achieve rapid detection of various harmful substances in food， such as drug residues， pathogenic microorganisms， biotoxins， and prohibited substances. This article provides an overview of colloidal gold immunochromatography technology and analyzes its practical application in food rapid detection， in order to provide support for relevant detection personnel.
