高分辨质谱技术在食品检测中的应用研究
摘 要:随着科技的不断进步,高分辨质谱技术在食品检测领域中的应用越来越广泛。高分辨质谱技术以其高灵敏度、高分辨率和高准确度的特点,在食品中有害物质、营养成分以及食品添加剂等的检测中表现出色。本文探讨了高分辨质谱技术在食品检测中的具体应用及其优势,以期为食品质量监管提供技术参考。

Application of High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry in Food Testing

Abstract: With the continuous advancement of science and technology, high-resolution mass spectrometry technology is more and more widely used in the field of food testing. With its high sensitivity, high resolution and high accuracy, high-resolution mass spectrometry technology performs well in the detection of harmful substances, nutrients and food additives in food. In this paper, the specific application and advantages of high-resolution mass spectrometry in food testing are discussed, in order to provide technical reference for food quality supervision.
