摘 要:凉拌菜作为一种独特的膳食类型,其安全性与食材的加工、制作环境的卫生状况以及安全监管的力度等都有很大的关系。本文分析凉拌菜的安全性问题,阐述凉拌菜的安全监管现状,以期为凉拌菜的食用安全提供建议。

Safety Risk Analysis and Safety Supervision Status of Cold Mixed Vegetables

Abstract: As a unique dietary type, the safety of cold mixed vegetables has a great relationship with the processing of food materials, the health status of the production environment and the strength of safety supervision. This paper analyzes the safety of cold mixed vegetables, expounds the current situation of safety supervision of cold mixed vegetables, in order to provide suggestions for the edible safety of cold mixed vegetables.
