摘 要:随着“互联网+”战略的深入实施,餐饮行业迎来前所未有的发展机遇,网络订餐、智慧餐厅等新业态蓬勃兴起,极大地便利了人们的生活。然而,这一变革使得餐饮食品安全监管领域面临新的挑战。本文分析了“互联网+”技术对餐饮食品安全监管的影响,并提出相关对策意见,以确保消费者舌尖上的安全。

Research on Food Safety Supervision in the Context of “Internet +”

Abstract: With the in-depth implementation of the “Internet+” strategy, the catering industry has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities, and emerging business forms such as online ordering and smart restaurants have flourished, greatly facilitating people’s lives. However, this change also poses new challenges to the supervision of food and beverage safety. This paper analyzes the impact of “Internet+” technology on food safety supervision and puts forward relevant countermeasures to ensure the safety of consumers’ tongue.
