金融科技背景下“金融市场与金融机构”课程教学改革研究

摘 要 金融科技背景下，金融机构对复合型人才的需求越来越大，“金融市场与金融机构”作为一门与金融科技联系密切的课程，有必要对其进行教学改革，以符合未来的人才培养方向。文章从金融科技对金融市场的影响出发，分析了课程与金融科技的联系，提出了当前教学过程中存在的问题，并给出了相应的改革建议。

Research on the Teaching Reform of the Course "Financial Markets and

Financial Institutions" under the Background of Financial Technology

Abstract In the context of financial technology， there is an increasing demand for versatile talents from financial institutions. As a course closely related to financial technology， it is necessary to conduct teaching reform research on "Financial Markets and Financial Institutions" to meet the future direction of talent cultivation. Starting from the impact of financial technology on the financial market， the article analyzes the connection between courses and financial technology， proposes the problems existing in the current teaching process， and provides corresponding reform suggestions.
