新工科建设背景下高校工科学生就业工作的实践探索及改进策略

摘要 就业是最大的民生，党中央历来重视就业工作，促进高校毕业生就业是就业工作的重中之重。高校工科学生就业工作在营造就业氛围、开拓就业市场、开展就业指导、提供就业服务等方面进行了卓有成效的探索，文章针对新时代高校工科学生就业呈现出的不同特点，立足新工科建设大背景，提出高校工科学生就业工作的改进策略。

Practical Exploration and Improvement Strategies for Employment of Engineering Students in Higher Education under the Background of New Engineering Construction

AbstractEmployment is the greatest livelihood of the people，the CPC Central Committee has always attached great importance to employment and enhancing the employment of college graduates is the most important task. The employment of engineering students in universities has made fruitful exploration in creating employment atmosphere，developing employment market and providing employment guidance and related services. In view of the different characteristics of the employment of engineering students in universities in the new era，this paper proposes strategies to improve the employment of engineering students under the background of new engineering construction.
