基于德国“双元制”的旅游英语专业现代学徒制人才培养探究

摘要 德国“双元制”是德国国家竞争力的核心，德国“双元制”具有双元性、协调性和职业性三大特点，其运行机制对我国从国家顶层设计促进现代学徒制的发展具有很好的启示作用。我校与珠海长隆开展现代学徒制试点以来，在课程开发、教学组织管理变革、企业师傅选拔等方面取得了一定的成效。

On the Cultivation of Modern Apprenticeship Talents for Tourism English Majors Based on German “Dual System”

AbstractGerman “dual system”is the core of Germany's national competitiveness. Germany's “dual system”has three characteristics：duality，coordination and professionalism. Its operation mechanism has a good enlightenment for China to promote the development of modern apprenticeship from the national top-level design. Since our school and Zhuhai Chime long launched the pilot of modern apprenticeship system，we have achieved certain results in curriculum development，teaching organization and management reform，enterprise master selection and so on.
