How Can Anchor Enterprises Lead Industrial Chain Upgrading Through Digital and Intelligent Transformation? A Longitudinal Single-Case Study Based on Bosideng

Abstract:Under the background of industrial upgrading driven by digital and inteligent technologies, the digitaland intelligent transformation of anchor enterprises isa critical pathway to break through the “low一end lock-in”dilemma of traditional manufacturing firms and propel high一quality development of industrial chains.Integrating theories of dynamic capabilities and industrial synergy,this study employs a longitudinal single一case research approach to systematically analyze the three-phase evolutionary mechanism of Bosideng's digital and intelligent transformation from 2012 to 2024.The findings reveal that Bosideng follows a transformation path of“digital infrastructure construction capability reconfiguration ∇ ecosystem empowerment”.Through the spiral interaction of technology embedding, organizational change,and ecosystem governance,it achieves deep coupling between dynamic capabilities and industrial collaboration,driving the industrial chain to transition from eficiency optimization to collaborative innovation.This research uncovers the intrinsic mechanism through which anchor enterprises leverage digital and inteligent transformation to upgrade industrial chains,providing significant theoretical frameworks and practical insights for the transformationof traditional manufacturing industries.
