Abstract: Breaking away from the static confines of the traditional Structure-Conduct-Performance (SCP)paradigm, this study creatively reconceptualizes a processoriented SCP model for college student entrepreneurship teams that links Social networks $$ Entrepreneurial learning Performance outcomes. The model disentangles which structural properties of social networks most effectively trigger entrepreneurial learning and,in turn, transmit these impulses into performance gains, while also dissecting the nuanced,dimension-specific mechanisms through which networks and learning jointly shape performance.By collecting 213 valid questionnaires from colege student entrepreneurship teams across the country, the statistical Partial Least Squares (PLS)method was adaptively introduced for empirical research.Empirical results reveal that all three sub-dimensions of social networks-scale, quality, and strength-exert significant positive efects on entrepreneurial learning and performance, with network strength yielding the largest marginal impact.Likewise, the three sub-dimensions of entrepreneurial learning-experiential,cognitive,and practical-significantly enhance performance, experiential learning being the strongest predictor.Mediation analysis further corroborates a significant partial mediation of entrepreneurial learning on the network-performance linkage.Based on these findings,we propose a three-pronged intervention strategy: structural optimization, relational reinforcement, and learning internalization.
