基于POI数据的酒店空间分布特征及影响因素研究

Abstract：Based on the POIinformation of the hotel industry in Wuhanas the basic data source，this article uses methods such as kernel density analysis，Theal index，spatial autocorrelation，and geographicdetector to explore the spatial distribution characteristicsand differentiation causes of different types of hotels，providing data-driven decision-making basis for hotel commercial investment and operation management in Wuhan. The results show that hotels in Wuhan present an aggregated distribution.The spatial distribution of various types of hotels shows a significant positive correlation. They are mainly concentrated in the central urban areas on both sides of the Yangtze River Basin， forminga spatial pattern where the central urban area is dense and the peripheral areas are scattered. The distribution differences of hotels are mainly reflected in the unbalanced distribution within the region.Industrial structure，urban functional division of labor and population mobility are the main factors shaping the regional differences of hotels.The high（HH）areas of different types of hotels are not the same，providing quantitative support for their differentiated operation strategies based on regional characteristics.Tourist attractions，important transportation facilities and residential areas are important factors affecting the spatial distribution of different types of hotels.Among them，the interaction of location factors，commercial factors，market demand and other factors is the main driving force affecting the spatial distribution of hotels in Wuhan.Multi-dimensional POI data fusion analysis provides data support for improving the accuracy of hotel investment location selection.
