Abstract：WiththecontiuousdevelopmentoftechnologyartificialintellgenceAl）hasbeenwidelyappliedinvariosfelds， includingnon-destructivetesting（NDofpressurevesels.Pressurevesselsarecommonindustrialequipmentextensivelyusedin thechemical，oil，andnaturalgasindustries.Thesafetyofpressureveselsisdirectlyrelatedtoproductionsafetyand environmentalprotection，makingnondestructivetestingparticularlyimportantduringmanufacturingandoperation.TraditionalD methodsoftenrelyonhumanexperience，whichcanleadtolowdetectioneficiencyandinsufcientaccuracy.Inrecentyears， therapidadvancementofAItechnologyhasbroughtnewoportunitiesandchallengestothenondestructivetestingofpresure vessels.ThispaperwillexplorethecurrntapplicationstatusandfuturedevelopmenttrendsofAIinNDTforpresurevessels， analyzing its importance in enhancing the safety performance of pressure vessels.
