Abstract:WiththecontiuousdevelopmentoftechnologyartificialintellgenceAl)hasbeenwidelyappliedinvariosfelds, includingnon-destructivetesting(NDofpressurevesels.Pressurevesselsarecommonindustrialequipmentextensivelyusedin thechemical,oil,andnaturalgasindustries.Thesafetyofpressureveselsisdirectlyrelatedtoproductionsafetyand environmentalprotection,makingnondestructivetestingparticularlyimportantduringmanufacturingandoperation.TraditionalD methodsoftenrelyonhumanexperience,whichcanleadtolowdetectioneficiencyandinsufcientaccuracy.Inrecentyears, therapidadvancementofAItechnologyhasbroughtnewoportunitiesandchallengestothenondestructivetestingofpresure vessels.ThispaperwillexplorethecurrntapplicationstatusandfuturedevelopmenttrendsofAIinNDTforpresurevessels, analyzing its importance in enhancing the safety performance of pressure vessels.
