Abstract:Detachmentof tunelconcreteliningisacommonqualityisse.Currently,thecontrolofdetachmentmainlyrelies onobservingtheoutputpressureoftheconcretepumpandmanualmonitoringofthereservedholesinthearchofthetroley. Presetgroutingpipeswithformsareinstlledatthetopofthearchoftheliningtrollyutnoefectivemonitoringmeasures areadoptedduring thecasting process.Aftercompletion(oracceptance),radar scanning andanalysisareconducted.If detachmntoftheliningconcreteisfound,reservedgroutingholesoraditionaldrlledholesareusedforgrouting,resultingin lowacceptancerates,high groutingcosts,porimage,andpotentialdamagetowaterprofmembranes leading towatersepage andsecondaryqualityisueswiththetunnellining.Therefore,theindustryhasbeenseekingmethodsforsourcequalitycontrol oftunnelconcreteliningtoachieveprocesscontrolmanagementgoals.TheHangzhou-Shaoxing-TaizhouExpreswayonce introducedahigh-definitionprobesimilartoagastroscopytodetectthevoidsduringconcretepouring,buttheresultswere unsatisfactory.TheKeqiao-ZhujiExpresswayProjecthasbeenlistedasanationalexpresswaynetworkproject,andKezhu ExpresswayCo.,Ltdproposedamanagementconceptoftransitioningfrommechanizedtodigialtransformationintunel construction.ZhejiangCommunicationsEngineeringGroupCo.Ltd.Keqiao-ZhujiSection1developedadigitalcontroltechnology fortunnelliningelectronicsensors,whichefectivelysolvedtheproblemofvoidsintunnelconcreteliningandwassuesfuly applied in the Keqiao-Zhuji tunnel project.

2017年8月浙江省交通运输厅下发《浙江省公路山岭隧道机械化装备应用指导手册》,推出“二机一桥六台车”,简称“九台套"山岭隧道施工机械化装备,经过多年施工推广应用,九台套设备应用实效技术人员总结为4个层次,第一层次技术成熟且应用良好型,如湿喷机械手、自行式移动栈桥、自动铺设防水板台车、自动布料二衬台车等设备;第二层次技术成熟但应用欠佳型,如多臂凿岩机、电缆沟台车等设备;第三层次技术欠成熟但改进后可推广型,如多臂立拱台车;第四层次技术欠完善但可以向数字化发展型,如检测台车可采用3D扫描仪代替、二衬养护台车可结合养护、清扫、降尘等功能在洒水车的基础上改进,二衬台车带模注桨孔可向视频或智能感应等数字化自动控制方向发展。(剩余6433字)
