Abstract：Inthispaper，awearableelderly healthmonitoringandalarmsystembasedonInternetof Things （IoTtechnology isdesignedtomeetthehealthmonitoringneedsoftheelderlyinanagingsociety.Thesystemintegratesmulti-parameter physiologicalsensors，microcontrolers，GPSpositioningmodules，wirelesscommunicationmodules，real-timedisplamodulesloud serviceplatformsandmobileappstoachievereal-timemonitoringandabnormalwamingofkeyphysiologicalindicatorssuchas heartrate，bloodoxygensaturation，bloodpressreandbodymovementstatus.Whenauseraccidentallfallsorphysiological indicatorsexceedthenormalrange，alainformationwillbesenttothepresetuserscaregiversorommunitymedicalpersonel throughSMSandemail，soastoprovidefeasibletechnicalsolutionsforhome-basedelderlycareandcommunitymedical services.Throughtesting，thedeviceandremoteterminalswhenthesystemisrumingnormalycanmonitortargetparametersin realtime，andalarmintimewhentherearesafetyrisks，whichcanefectivelyreducepotentialsafetyrisksfortheelderly.
