Abstract:Inorder tosolvethetechnical problemof thedemoltionofoverpass bridgesintheexpresswaywidening project underuninteruptedtraffcconditions,thispapertakesthereconstructionandexpansionprojectoftheXingxingxiaTowtoHami sectionoftheG3OLianyungang-KhorgosExpresswayasanexampletostudythedemolitionconstructionsystemofoverpas bridges.Inviewofthedificultiesinmaintainingexistingtraffcflow,safetyprotectionofadjacentrailwaysandficiency constraintsindesertenvironmentsthepaperanalyzestheshortcomingsofthetraditionalfullyencloseddemolitionplansuchas excessive vibration( >5mm/s )and insufficient diversion capacity( < 60 % design standards),and proposes a modular static cutting coordinateddynamictraffcdiversiontechnology,Beidouhigh-preisiondeformationmonitoringnetworkandsteeltrestleandadar earlywarningdualprotectionsystem.Engineeringpracticeshowsthatthenewtechnologyreducesthepeakvibrationvalueof demolition operationsto 2.3mm/s ,controls the differential settlement in the transition section to 4.8 mm,and maintains the average daily traffic capacityof 12000 vehicles,which can not only ensure that normal trafic isnot affected,but also not delay the demolition construction progress.
