Abstract:Aditivemanufacturing(AM)technologyhasgraduallypenetratedintothefieldsofaerospaceandprecision instrumentswithitsdisruptivegeometricformingcapabilities.However,theunevendistributionofresidualstressandtheresulting failureoffinishedproductshavebecomethecorebotleneckrestrictingitsindustrialapplication.Inordertoanalyzthaction lawsandcontrolmechanismsofresidualstress,thisstudyexplorestheinfluenceofthedynamicinteractionofheatsource parameters,materialpropertiesandcolingprocessontheevolutionofresidualstressbasedonanexperimentaltestsystem.The resultsshowthatthenonlinearcouplingoflaserpowerandscaningspeedcausesthetemperaturegradientdiferencetoexceed thecriticalthreshold,causingthepeakresidualtensilestressof316Lstainlessstelsamplestobe423±16MPa;whilethe dispersionofthepowderparticlesizedistribution(whenD5O=35μm)causesthefluctuationamplitudeofthestressfieldto increase by 28%
