Abstract:Self-compacting concreteis widelyusedinengineering practice,butduetoitslargeamountofcementitious materialsandstrictagregaterequirements,itspreparationcostishighInthisstudy,machine-madesandwasusedasraw materialtoprepareself-compactingconcrete.Atthesametime,theefectofmulti-componentsolidwastemineraladmixtureson theworkingperformanceandcompresivestrengthofmachine-madesandself-compactingconcretewasexplored,andthe corresponding microscopic mechanism wasanalyzedusing scaning electronmicroscope.Theresearchresultsshowthatading (20号 15% limestone powder +10% flyash +5% mineral powder to replace cement can effectively improve the working performance andcompresivestrengthofmachine-madesandself-compactingconcreteandimprovethecompactnessofthematrix.Thisstudy provides guidance for the application of mineral admixtures in machine-made sand self-compacting concrete.
