Abstract:Inthispaper,thecirculatingcoling watersystemofthermalpowerplantsistakenastheresearchobject,and thetreatmentefectandoperatingcostofelectrochemicaldevicesinthecirculatingcolingwatersystemarestudiedundertwo workingcondions:theconcentrationratioofthecirculatingcoolingwatersystemisconstantandtheconcentrationratiois increased.Theresearchresultsshowthatwhentheconcentrationratioof thecirculatingcoling watersystemis4times,thetotal hardnes,calciumhardness,totalalkalinity,andturbidityofthecirculatingcolingwatersystemusingelectrochemicaldevicesare significantlylowerthanthatofthecireulatingcolingwatersystemtreatedonlybytradionalchemicalmethods.Thedosageof anti-scale agent can be reduced by 50% ,and the energy consumption per ton of water is 0.029kW⋅h ;the concentration ratio of thecirculatingcoolingwatersystemusingelectrochemicaldevicescanbeincreasedfrom4timesto6times.Thewaterqualityof the circulating water system canmeet the operating requirements,the dosage of scale inhibitor can be reduced by 30% ,and the energy consumption per ton of water is 0.020kW⋅h :

循环冷却水系统是火电厂的用水大户,其水量一般占全厂用水量的 80% 以上[-2],很多电厂受制于补水水质、循环冷却水系统浓缩倍率较低,导致循环排污水水量较大,循环排污无法在厂内全部消纳,致使部分排污水外排,存在较大的环保风险。(剩余5451字)
