Abstract:Semi-solidextrusionofberyllumaluminumaloywasstudiedbyusingsemi-solidextrusionmethod.Theffectsof diedesignswithdiferentdieanglesontheextrusionforceoftheindenter,theforceontheblank,andthedeformatinof the blankduringtheextrusiondeformationprocesswereevaluatedthroughnumericalsimulation.Theresultsshowthattheload increasesrapidlywiththeincreaseinthedeformationofthebiletatfirst,thenrisesslowlyandfinallyaceleratesagain;with theincreaseintheextrusiondieangle,therateofpressureincreaseontheramincreases,requiringagreaterextrusionforce; andthe flowrate ofthe bilet during pressing does notchange significantlywith theincrease in theextrusion dieangle.
