Abstract:Aimingattheproblemsof poorcommunicationandlargeresponsedelaywhen theexistingsmart helmetforfield workisappliedinthefieldenvironment,anewdesignschemeforfieldworksmarthelmetsystemisproposed.Thesystem consistsofabasestation,ahelmetandanaplicationterminal.ThewarshipV3developmentboardwith STM32F103ZET6as thecoreisusedasthebasestationmaincontrolboard,the STM32F103C8T6minimumsystemboardisusedasthehelmetmain controlboard,andanAPPisquippdastheaplicationteminal.Thesystemadoptstwocombinedwirelesscommunication modes of "LoRa + WIFI"to realize "helmet-base station -APP"three-party communication transmission,and ensuresstable operation of the system to the greatest extent through the two operating modes of "base station + APP". The test results show that thecommunicationtransmissonefectofthesystemislessafectedbytheoutsideworld,andcanstablymonitorthestatusof thehelmet wearer and the working environment,which isof great significance to thesafetyoffield workers.
