Abstract:Basedonthetwotheoriesofthin-layersludgedryingandwipedfilmevaporator,themainfactorsaffectingthe heattransfereficiencyofthin-layerdryerwerestudied.Throughprototypeexperiments,theefectsofrotationalsped,steam presureandinletmoisturecontentonheattransfereficiencywereinvestigated.Theresultsshowthat withinthestudiedworking range,increasingtherotationalspeedisconducivetotheimprovementoftheheattransfercoeficient;increasingthesteam presure,theheattransfercoefcientfirstdecreasesandthenstabilizes;increasingtheinletwatercontent,theheattransfer coeficientfirstdecreasesandthenincreases.Theexperimentalresultscanprovidereferenceforthedesignofsludgethinlayer drying machines.
