Abstract：Inordertoavoidtheconstructionofmajorfacities（commercialcomplexes，hospitals，schols，important transportationroads），theatractivetraffcvolumewillhaveaseriousimpactonthecuentoadtraffcinthesuoundingareas. This papertakestheFirstPeople's Hospitalof Chongqing Liangjiang NewAreaasanexampletocarryoutpre-assessmentof traficipactsbeforetheopeningofmajorfacilities.First，asedonthehospital’sfunctionalpositioning，mobilephonesignaling data，questioiresurveys，hospitaluretoperationdataadelatedresearchdatateraffccharacteristicsoftishospitale analyzed.Thetraditional"four-stagemethod"isusedtopredictthechangesinroadtraffcvolumearoundthemomingand eveningpeakhoursafterthehospitaliscompletedSecondlyVIIMsimulationsoftwareisusedtoconducttraffcsimulation andevaluation，andobjectiveevaluationconclusionsareobtained，whichtherebyprovidesdecision-makingconsultationfor relevant departments.
