Abstract:ShiptargetdetectioninSARimagesisofgreatsignificanceinmaritimesearchandrescue,aswellasin environmentalmonitoring.Inrecentyears,Transformer-baseddetectionnetworkshavedevelopedrapidlyinthefieldofSAR targetdetection.However,thiskindofSARshipdetectionnetworkstllhastwoprominentproblems:dificultyindetecting fshoreshipsandhighcalculationcomplexity.Thispaperconductsanin-depthanalysisoftheseproblems.Aimingatthe problemof highfalsealarmsandmanymissedmissesincoastal shipdetection,thenetwork structureisreconstructed,a deformableatentionmechanismisusedinthebackbonenetworkpart,andadata-relatedofsetgeneratorisintroduced;a contour-guidedshapeenhancementmoduleisusedinthenecknetworktosuppesstheinterferenceofbackground clutter generatedbycoasts,islandsorwavesontheimage.Inordertosolvetheproblemofcomputingefciencythispaperaddsa dynamicnetworksparsitymoduletothenetworkfrontendtograduallypruneredundantinformationindiferentlayers. Experimentalresultsshowthattheimproveddetectionnetworknotonlyimprovesthedetectionefectofofshoreships,butalso reduces the computing complexity,and has practical application value.
