Abstract：Duringthelong-termuseofthein-servicedeckreinforcedconcretetrussarchbridge，duetotherepeatedaction ofvehicleloads，thesuperpositionoffactorssuchasenvironmentalerosionandmaterialaging，aswellasposibledesigor constructiondefects，thebridgehasexperiencedvaryingdegrsofdisease.Therefore，itisparticularlyurgentandimportantto conductanin-depthanalysisofthetypicaldiseasesandtheircausesofthistypeofbridge.Thispaperlistsindetailthe commondiseasesof inservicedeckreinforcedconcretetrussarchbridges，suchasconcretecracks，corosionofsteelbars，water sepage，andpelingandexposed steelbars，andanalyzes thecausesofthesediseasesone byonefromtheperspectivesof design， construction，environment and maintenance management.
