Abstract:Thesafetyissueoffoundationpitexcavationhasalwaysbeenoneofthesafetyisuesthathasatracted the atentionof domesticand foreignconstructioncompaniesduring theconstructionandproductionprocessThispapertakesthe pipelinefoundationpitofaroadprojectinBeihaiCityusingautomatedmonitoring technologyasanexample.Theexcavation depth of the foundation pit ranges from 3m to13m,and the horizontal displacement and deformation value of the automated monitoringdeepfoundationpitincreasesfrom4mmto28mm,anincreaseofabout6times,andstillincreasesmultiplewiththe excavatiodepth;whentheexcavationdepthreaches11m,thecumulativehorizontaldisplacementanddeformationvalueofthe deep foundation pit exceeds 60 % ofthe alowable value, and the automated monitoring system automatically provides early warning.Meanwhile,itisprovedthatthehorizontaldisplacementanddeformationofthefoundationpitcontinuetoexpandwith theincreaseof excavationdepth.When theexcavationdepthreachesacertaincrticalvalue,theautomatedmonitoringsystem canquicklyreflect it,providing guarantee for project safety.
