低浓度瓦斯吸附富集性能及应用基础研究

Abstract:Thecleanutilizationoflow-concentrationgasisof greatsignificance toimprovingtheenergyenvironment,slowing dowthegreenhouseefectandachievingthedualcarbongoal.Inthispaper,commercialactivatedcarboncommonlyusedinthe coalminingindustryisselectedasanexample.Thestructureoftheactivatedcarbonmaterialischaracterizedbyphysical adsorption,Xrapowderdiractionndinfraedspetroscoyhadsoptionndeichmentfectofactivatedarbonteral onlow-concentrationgasunderdiferentrawgasvolumesandrawgasconcentrationsisstudied.Theresearchresultsshowthat when the volume and concentration of raw gas are 1.5L and 3% ,respectively,the purification effect isthe best,the concentration is increased from 3% to 9.7% ,and the recovery rate is 93.9% . In addition, based on the above adsorption experiments,a lowconcentrationgasautomaticenrichmentexperimentaldevicewasdesignedandbuilt,anditsabilitytoeficientlyenrichgaswas verifedthrough practicalaplication,providingguidanceforthemanagementanduilizationofgasenergyincoalprojects.

我国煤层气(CBM)资源量位居世界第三,地质资源量为29.8万亿 m3 ,技术可采资源量为11.2万亿 m3[1] L2023年,全国CBM抽采量达117.7亿 m3 ,利用率仅为49.57% ,其中低浓度瓦斯( CCH4<30% )的利用率更是仅有 29.2% [2]。(剩余5129字)
