Abstract:Inordertopreventconcretecrackingfromafectingtheconstructionqualityofwaterconservancyprojects,this papersummarizesthecharacteristicsof microandmacrocracksinwaterconservancyprojectsconcrete,andanalyzesthecracking mechanismofconcretefromaspectssuchashydrationheat,exteral temperature,shrinkageanddeformation.Subsequentlytaking aconcretedamofareservoirprojectasanexample,concretecracksduringdamconstructionarecontroled fromaspectssuch asconcreterawmaterials,constructiontechniques(layeredpouring,vibration),andreducingconcretetemperatureandintealand external temperaturedferences.Theresearchresultscanbeusedfortheconstructionofsimilarwaterconservancyprojects.
