Abstract：Thispaper introducesthedesignofthehealthmonitoringsystemforXiaodian ViaductinShanxiProvince，which aimstoimprovethebridgesoperationandmaintenanceeficiencyandsafetybymonitoringthebridge'sstructuralresponsein realtime.Thesystemconsistsofanautomateddatacollctionandmonitoringsubsystem，adatastorageandmanagement subsystem，astructuralearlywaringandstructuralsafetyasessentsubsystem，avideomonitoringsubsystem，andauser interfacesubsystem.Temonitoringcontentincludesthemonitoringofdeflection，strainandcrackofthemainbeam.Thesystem storesadanalyzesdatathroughthecloudplatformservicelayer，andprovidesdatadisplayandearlywaming functionsthrough theclientapplicationlayer.Thesystemhelpsdetectbridgedamageinatimelymanerandprovidesdecisionsupprttobridge management departments，thereby extending bridge service life and reducing maintenance costs.
