QC方法提高高速公路软土地基CFG桩成桩合格率的实践研究

Abstract:TheDongying-QingzhouExpresswayislocatedinthealuvial-proluvialplainareaofeasternShandong.Itis underlainbyweaksoil.Thenaturalfoundationbearingcapacitydoesnotmeetthebearingcapacityrequirementsofthe expresswaysubgrade,whichneedstobetreatedwithcementfly-ashgravelpiles(CFGpiles)compositefoundation.Thepassrate of CFG piles in the early stage of construction was 91.3% .Inorder to improve the pass rate ofCFG piles,QC activities were carriedout tofindoutthekeyreasonsafecting thepassrateof pileformation,andmeasureswere takentoimprovethem. Finally,the pass rate of CFG piles was increased to 97% ,and the quality improvement effect was significant.
