Abstract:Aeratingisacommontechnologyinwaterconservancyprojectstoreducecorrosion,andthedetectionofaeration concentrtionisthekeytoreduceerosionBasedonMaxwel'sconductivitytheoryaresistiveaeratorisdesigned.Itcan measuretheimpedanceofaeratedwaterflowthroughadetectioncircuitbasedonanACbridge,andcombinetheexperimental datawiththeK-meansclustering algorithm toobtaintheaeratedconcentration.Within theimpedance detectionrangeof to 3500Ω ,theinstrument's error rate is controlled within 0.5% .It has been verified by hydraulic model experiments that the performanceoftheinstrumentreachesthestandardandcanefectivelyreflectthetrendofaerationconcentrationchanging with flow rate,providing support for the application of aeration corrosion reduction technology.
