沙曲一矿新型瓦斯抽采钻孔密封技术应用

Abstract:Inorder toimprovethesealingqualityofundergroundgasdrainage boreholesin ShaquNo.1Coal Mine,based onthetestbasis,thesealingqualityofcurrentgasdrainageboreholeswasobjectivelyanalyzedthroughboreholesealingquality evaluationandboreholeleakagedetectionmethods.Anew"hard-soft-hard”sandwichboreholesealing technologysuitableforthe specialdrllingconstructiontechnologyof"sealingtheholefirst,thencompletingthehole"inShaquNo.1CoalMinewas proposed,andthesealingefectwascarredoutinthebeltlaneofthe42workingface.ComparativetestResearchhasshown thatduetotheinfluenceofdrilingconstructiontechnology,itisdifcultforexpandedcementtoadapttothecontinuous disturbanceofthedrillpipeandthedynamicdeformationoftheborehole,resultinginseriousairleakageintheboreholesealing section,the deviation of the borehole gas drainage concentration reaches 69.2% ,and the borehole sealing quality is poor. The newprocessutilizesthehighadhesion,highpermeabilty,andadaptivedeformationcharacteriticsofflexiblegelsalingmaterials toachievea1.8-foldincreaseintheaveragegasdrainageconcentrationinasinglehole,andthegasdrainageffectis significantly improved.
