Abstract:Aimingatthereal-timecontrolrequirementsofkeyprocesessuchasconverterandrefininginthesteelsmelting process,areal-timefusionschemeofmulti-sourcedatabasedonditributedsensingnetworkisproposed.Amillsecond-level dataacquisitionarchitecturewasstudiedanddesigned,adatafusionmodeladaptedtosmeltingcondionswasestablished,anda real-timanalysisalgorithmfortheproductionprocesswasdeveloped.Experimentalresultsshowthatthisschemecanachievea data fusion response within 5Oo ms,and the prediction accuracy of process parameters reaches 92.3% ,effectively supports realtimemonitoring and optimal regulation of the smelting process,andsignificantly improves production effciency.
