薄壁叶片五轴加工工艺及加工变形实验验证分析

Abstract:Thefive-axismachiningprocessofthin-walledbladesisexplored,andexperimentsaredesignedtodiscussthe influenceofrakeangleonthemachiningdeformationofthin-waledblades.UsingNXsoftwareathin-walledblademodelwas establishedbyimportingpointsets,fitingcurves,generatingsurfaces,synthesizingsolidsandroundingcorners.Themachining processissetbasedonthismodel,andflatendmillsareusedforsidemilingintheroughmachiningstage,andballnd millsareusedforpointmilinginthesemi-finishing,finishingandcornercleaningstages.Takingtherakeangleastheonly variable,the rake angle of the ball-end milling cutter is set to 5∘ , 10∘ ! 15∘ , 20∘ , 25∘ and 30∘ respectively to explore the machiningdeformationunderdiferentinclinationangles.Theresultsshowthatthelargertheinclinationangleofthetoolaxis, the smaller the machining deformation. However,when the inclination angle exceeds 20∘ ,the effect of increasing the inclination angleonthemachiningdeformation isnotobvious.Itisappropriatetosettheinclinationangleof thetol axis to 15∘~20∘ in actual machining.
