Abstract:Inorder tofindagreen passvationprocess,acerumsalt/tannicaciddopedsodiummolybdatepassvationsolution wasprepared.Byadjustingthecontentofsodiummolybdateandpasivationtime,apassivationcomponentandprocesswere determind.Electrochemicaltestsshowedthat theoptimal passivationcomponentsunder thisexperimentalconditionswere: 20g/L (20 sodium molybdate, 1.5g/L cerium nitrate, 1.5g/L tannic acid, 20mL/L hydrogen peroxide, 5g/L malonic acid, 0.5g/L nickel sulfate,and the pH of the solution was adjusted to 3 with nitric acid.The passivation time is 60s .The corrosion resistance of the sample under this composition is the best, with a Log/Z/value of more than 3.7 Ω⋅cm2 ,a Rt value of 6946Ω⋅cm2 ,anda polarization resistance of :
