Abstract：Inrecentyears，3Dprinting technologyhasdevelopedrapidlyinorthopedicsurgery.Thesurgicalguideit producescansimulatetheorthopedicsurgeryrequiredbeforesurgery，therebyefectivelyreducingaccidentsduringsurgery.Itcan alsouseavarietyofmaterialstodesignjoints.Implantsmakeartificialjointsmoreadaptabletothehumanenvironment.3D printingtechnologyalsoplaysahugeroleincomplexorthopedicsurgeriessuchasbonereconstructionaftertumorresection， deformitycorrctionsurgeryandbonedefects.Thispaperanalyzesandprospectsthedevelopmentof3Dprintingtechnologyin orthopedics，and puts forward suggestions for new research directions.
