下穿铁路桥涵框架混凝土施工过程中结构对混凝土温度场与应力场的影响研究

Abstract:Inthispaper,theinfluenceof thestructureonthetemperaturefieldandstressfieldoftheconcreteduring the constructionofunder-crossingrailwaybridgesandculverts,combinedwithnumericalsimulation,thestructureshowsthatthe concretematerialisadurablematerial,butitisessentiallyanon-uniformporousmaterial.Fordiferentconstruction environments,appropriateconcretematerialsshouldbeselectedtomakebeteruseoftheconcretepropertiesandcontrolthe occurrenceofcracks;whenconsideringstructuralcracks,thegreaterthetemperaturediference,thegreaterthethermalstre. Duringtheconstructionofframeboxculverts,specialatentionshouldbepaidtothecornersandcomerpointsonboth sides alongthehorizontaldirectionontheconcreteflor,whichisthemainpositionofthemaximumtensilestress;whencarryingout stressanalysisonthediagonalframesystem,thetemperaturestressanalysisatdiferentanglesismainlycarredoutby convertingtheobliqueintersectiontotheforwardintersection.Itanbeknownthroughnumericalsimulation,itisconcludedthat thelargerthediagonalangle,thehigherthetemperatureatthecenterofthewall,whichleadstogreatertemperaturetressand lower the crack suppression effect.
