Abstract:Asthedevelopmentofofshoreoilandgasresourcesadvances,large topsidesfloat-overinstalltiontechnology playsacrucialroleinengineeringpractice.However,traditionalfloat-overmethodsheavilyrelyontidalwindows,makingthem susceptibletoenvironmentalconstraints,whichafectsconstructioneficiencyandcostmanagement.Thisstudyaddresesthe criticalaspectsoffloatoveroperationsbyintroducingaseriesofinnovativetechnologies,includingarapidslingingsystem, optimizeddepwatermooringdesign,standardizedfenderingsystem,andprecisepositioningandreal-timemonitoringoffloatover barges.ThesetechnologieshavebeensuccesfullyappliedtoCaofeidian6-4,Lufeng14-4andLuda6-2projectssignificantly improvingconstructioneficiencyandsafety,reducingcosts,andprovidingstrongtechnicalsupportforthecompanytowin competitivenessindomesticandforeignmarketsTheresultsshowthattheseinnovativetechnologieshavesignificantadvantages inreducingrisks,shortening timeframesandsavingresources,andcanbewidelyappliedtofutureofshoreengineringprojects.
