Abstract：Toaddresstheelectromagneticenvironmentpredictionproblemofhigh-voltagetransmissionlines，thispaperis basedontheprincipleofthesimulationchargemethodandprovidesadetailedexplanationofthecalculationmodelsforthe powerfrequencyelectricfield，powerfrequencymagneticfieldandradiointerferenceofhigh-voltagetransmisionlines.The paperalsodesignsanddevelopsasoftwaretoolfortheelectromagneticenvironmentpredictionofhigh-voltagetransmissionlines. Simulation studieshaveshownthatthesoftwaredeliversacurateresults，withintuitiveoutputandstrongsystemapplicability， making it a useful auxiliary tool forpredicting the electric field environment of high-voltage transmision lines.

当前，电磁环境预测有2种方法，即类比测量法和理论计算法，类比测量法通过类比相似输电线路电磁环境参数作为待建线路电磁环境预测参照，理论计算法通过设定理想条件进行理论计算，但由于实际情况较理论情况更为复杂，导致理论计算法得出结果准确性偏低。（剩余3929字）
