Abstract：Prefabricatedbuildingsrepresentsanovel，greenandsustainablebuildingproductionmethod.Currently， prefabricatedbuildingsinChinaisinitsearlydevelopmentalstage.Theprecisionofdisassmblydesignforprefabricated componentsisrelativelylow，leadingtoeconomicallyineficientissuesandposingchaengestoteproductionandinstalltion processesofthesecomponents.Thisstudy，basedonpracticalworkexperience，examinesthedisassemblydesignmethodsfor horizontalcomponentsinprefabricatedbuildingsandproposesrefineddisassemblydesignappoachesforcompositefloorslabsand prefabricatedstairs.Itisexpectedthatthedisassemblydesignofprefabricatedcomponentswillbetermeettheactualprouction and installtion requirementson-site，thereby enhancing the overall qualityof prefabricated buildings.
